Made out a single vineyards, called l’Almeida after few years of experiment.
This wine is very fresh and young with nice lemony characters. The color is of a pale green gold.
The tiny bubbles are charming the palate keeping a long body of acacia honey and white flowers.
The minerality and the salty character is paring well with oysters and scampi but also as a summer appetizer and a nice desert.
