About our Blanc de blancs
The colour is pale gold-green.
The nose, very expressive, exudes a lovely freshness with aromas of white flowers, particularly acacia, accompanied by lively notes of fresh and candied lemon.
On the palate, the attack is direct, enhanced by a subtle hint of salinity. The minerality imparts vitality and freshness, while the grapefruit aromas coat the palate, offering a beautiful length.
