About our Private Cuvée
The blend is composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir.
The appearance is distinguished by a brilliant golden yellow hue.
Its fine bubbles reveal a delicate bouquet, dominated by elegant floral notes, accompanied by subtle fruity accents.
On the palate, this Champagne offers a refreshing and seductive roundness. The flavors of Smith apple blend wonderfully with those of candied pineapple, bringing an exotic and gourmet touch. Les arômes de pomme se mêlent merveilleusement à ceux de l’ananas confit, apportant une touche exotique et gourmande.
