This cuvée is a blend rosé composed of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% red Champagne wine crafted by us, giving it a lovely salmon color with copper highlights.
The bouquet is delicate, presenting enchanting notes Morello cherry, and raspberry. These fruity aromas bring finesse and freshness.
On the palate, this champagne reveals a beautiful balance with a delightful richness that charms from the first sip. The flavors of blueberry and cherry intertwine to offer a long and refined aromatic finish.
